clubs are entirely responsible for ensuring that they abide by the current rules on eligibility and flu vaccination requirements.
All must abide with the Event Health & Safety Plan.

Each club will be required to provide helpers
at a ratio of 2 per team or every 4 individuals subject to entries received.
A nominated
Chef D’Equipe (Club Representative) will be nominated by each club and must be available to liaise with the Organiser
or Official Steward as required in person on the day of the competition.
Clubs must declare
teams and individuals on supplied declaration forms along with current membership numbers of those competing 30 minutes before
the start of the relevant section.
The Course
The course will consist of 7-10 Show Jumping
obstacles followed by 15-28 Cross Country Jumping Efforts.

The Festival of the Horse Challenge is a test of the ability
of a pony/horse and the rider to negotiate a show jumping course together with a cross-country course.
