How would you feel if you were out on a hack with your
best friend and quite out of the blue a situation occurred that required you to administer First Aid.
Would you know what to do and more importantly how to prioritise your actions.
Knowledge of First Aid is not just a requirement for those that compete, it
is a moral responsibility for everyone around horses, who, much as we love them are unpredictable animals.
The course offers comprehensive training including practical sessions covering most emergency
situations that might well occur around horses. For further details of the course content go to http://www.estraining.co.uk/ and click on equine specific first aid.
South Cheshire RC is offering this course at a reasonable rate with the support of the
Area 20 training grant. The figures do depend on 50 applications. If there are more than that number then we will run it on
Saturday 25th February as well (please specify on application form if you are unable to make one of the dates).
